I noticed in archieves a lot of discussion about weight of Tritons. EC #340 weighs 8004# by electronic crane scale, supposed to be accurate to within less than a pound. Now, that's with no hardware, no winches, no life lines, no stanchions and the icebox, the galley cabinets, sink, head, cushions, rigging etc, etc, removed. It does include the mast and boom. Having pulled that one from Michigan and WC #94 from California on the same trailer, I can tell you without weighing them the WC boat is quite a bit heavier. In addition to the heavier feel while driving, it also showed in the fuel milage. Jim
